Most items are made to order. Please allow up to 10 days for production, plus shipping time.
We do our best to keep our website inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email and your credit card will be refunded.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Fedex. For rush shipping options, please contact us at email@example.com.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed or stolen packages.

Full priced items may be returned or exchanged. We do not offer store credit. We must be notified of a request to return or exchange an item within three days of delivery. To begin the process, contact us at email@example.com with your order information and we will happily send you return instructions.
We do not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Returned items and items sent in for exchange must be in original condition. We have the right to deny returns and exchanges if it does not meet our policy requirements. The items sent back to SHILSHOL for return or exchange must be postmarked within two weeks of original delivery date. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information for your returned merchandise. SHILSHOL is not to be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
We cannot refund shipping charges on returned or exchanged items.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items sold during a promotional sale or with a percentage discount.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
